1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the SomeSheet marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our platform.
2. Marketplace Rules & Content
Sellers represent and warrant that they own all intellectual property rights to the PDFs and templates they upload. Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use purchased documents for personal or business operations. Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing templates in their raw format is strictly prohibited.
3. Fees & Financial Split
SomeSheet takes a flat 15% platform commission on each transaction to cover hosting, maintenance, processing fees, and marketing. Sellers receive 85% of the total transaction value. Payouts are handled automatically via our integrated payment gateway solutions.
4. Limitation of Liability
SomeSheet provides the platform and templates 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for legal or operational issues arising from incorrect application of our templates. Always consult specialized professionals for critical business decisions.
